Apple Store coming to Beatles home of Liverpool
Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008
A new apple store is scheduled to be opened Saturday morning in the cloudy town of Liverpool, England. If you didn’t already know Liverpool is famed for being the home of “The Beatles”. There will be an obligatory opening day of fun and games, including T-shirts for the first 1,000 people through the door and sweepstakes prizes. Those prizes are said to be MacBooks, iPods and other apple products to kick off the fun. Liverpool One Shopping development is the name of the new store and is only a start of whats to come. The full shopping center is still under construction and expected to be complete in early October.

Shazam iPhone 3g App Review
Monday, July 21st, 2008
Ever been somewhere listening to a song and wanted to know the artist and there is no answer avail. Well there is an answer to your query. Check out this nifty FREE software called Shazam. Shazam is a simple iPhone app, all you need to do is put your iPhone up to the music source (TV, Radio, Mariachi?)Â and let Shazam find your artist and track name. It works through user made tags. Despite it being open to user mods, it is extremely accurate with a 10 out of 10 perfect accuracy rate after being put through our obscure music test. Whats even cooler is if the music is anywhere online for sale it will offer it for instant gratification. Check out the link and download the software and be prepared for the bewildering moment when you must have the song you hear.

Monday, July 21st, 2008
So Apple says they will tell you the profit report of there iPhone later. Why? Besides the fact that they reported 75% of all revenue is through iPod and Mac Sales. Plus the iPhone 2g was on a downward slope on sales with the focus of the 3g launch going on. As for the 3g, he just missed the show for this quarter. So next time around apple reports. You can watch the announcements via webcast on the site 2pm Western or 5pm Eastern today 7/21/08.
