Super Meat World Released – Level Editor Coming Soon

Team Meat has announced the release of a new PC content for their amazing indie platform game, Super Meat Boy. This new content is called Super Meat World and offers eight new chapters with over 140 new stages. To activate it though, you’ll have to collect first 20 bandages. The update is already available in Steam and is free-of-charge.

To celebrate the update, the game is currently available from Steam with 50 per cent off the standard price. Super Meat World will also be updated with a level editor that will allow Steam users to create and share levels with other fans, which will eventually lead to new chapters created from users themselves.

The level editor is currently being rigged to steam, and will soon be release as a public beta. The level editor update will also include a large update to Super Meat World, called “The Unknown”, a chapter that randomly pulls high rated levels from the portal together to create and endless world of awesome!
