Dungeon Siege 3 – Anjali: Fire Archon’ vignette video

Square Enix released a video in which they showcase Anjali – the Fire Archon’ character of Dungeon Siege 3. Anjali was raised by friends of the Legion, and she does not know how she came to this world, or what happened to the others of her kind. In human guise, she fights with staff or spear, leaping in and out of battle with acrobatic grace. Her true form however is that of an archon, a fire spirit, and when she surrenders to the divine fire that lives within her, she has the power to inflict terrible, searing wounds.

In Dungeon Siege 3, players assume the role of one of four legionnaires in the crumbling kingdom of Ehb, fighting for the sake of their fallen comrades. Conflict is constant and decisions have lasting consequences, allowing players to dictate the outcome of the tale. Do battle as a lone hero or fight alongside up to three friends and, thanks to robust AI, Dunge Siege 3’s co-op multiplayer mode allows players to seamlessly drop in and out of battle without interrupting the action or impacting the campaign.

Dungeon Siege 3 looks great and will be available from June 17th, 2011, in Europe and other PAL territories.
