iFixit Expands to Include Video Game Console Repair Guides

By on August 30, 2010

iFixit, a crowd sourced based site, has now expanded its offerings to include more than 200 user created console repair guides. At first the site only had articles on other consumer gadgets but now they cover the gamut of 24 systems from the original Gameboy to the current generation of home consoles with more expected to be offered. Having troubles getting something to work on your favorite console? Head over to iFixit’s game console section and see if the DIYers can help you out!

Need to get some repair parts? Das Cheap has thousands of factory direct repair parts for all of your favorite consoles.

PS. Das Reviews would like to remind you that breaking seals on your consoles will void your warranty. Of course, if it’s broken and the warranty doesn’t cover it, it’s not like you care. Chip chip cheerio!
