By on May 25, 2011

According to a press release we got today from ALT1 Games, Troy’s first closed beta was quite a success. Troy is a combat-based massive multiplayer role-playing game and the company was quite pleased with popularity of this closed beta phase. As a result of that, the company extended its length till previous Friday (May 20th), given the fact tha the test would originally run from May 13th to May 18th.

The extra time allowed both the development and the support teams of ALT1 Games to gather more technical details.

ALT1 Games will now gather all information from this beta to further improve the game. For those loving stats, players played over an hour in an average playing session. Moreover, Troy featured users playing at all hours, which is essential for every MMO game.

The company has also revealed that a second closed beta phase will start this July, while an open beta is scheduled for August.
