First Batman: Arkham City Gameplay Trailer Released

IGN has finally released the first gameplay trailer of Rocksteady’s much anticipated third person action game, Batman: Arkham City. Character detail is as good as ever and the combat mechanics seem similar to the ones of the first game. Although Gotham City looks quite good, we can’t help but notice some limitations of Unreal 3’s engine regarding those outdoor environments. Maybe we got spoiled by other games, but it is sad witnessing such low-resolution textures in a lot of places. Still, what counts most is the gameplay and from what we’ve seen so far, Arkham City looks highly enjoyable. Video after jump
