Das Most Anticipated First Person Shooter Games of E3 2010

#1 Gears of War 3

It had to be my #1 pick because the first 2 games sucked me into that world to the point I almost thought I was Marcus fighting the Locust, and when I only guessed that Gears deserved to be a trilogy, 2 weeks later Cliffy B is on late night television showing off the debut trailer for Gears of War 3. Now I am not expecting too much to be different in terms of overall gameplay in singleplayer (besides 4 player Co-op), but to have female COGs fighting alongside you on the battlefield is something I have wanted to see since day 1.

They have lots planned for the singleplayer mode with new characters, vehicles, and a new experience all together jam packed with a new multiplayer mode called “Arcade” which all I know about it is that it will have a old fashion type scoring system that will include 4 players. I just want to see how it ends after all of the fighting, shooting, controller throwing I had to do during the first 2 games, so I am praying for some satisfaction and closure in case this truly is the last game.

Gears of War 3 has a release date of April 5, 2011
