Plants vs. Zombies arriving on Nintendo DS

Mastertronic Group, UK’s leading independent publisher of computer and video games, today announced that PopCap’s Plants vs. Zombies is to be released in the UK on the Nintendo DS. This runaway success from PopCap Games, the worldwide leader in casual video games has been successfully released across multiple platforms and will be available to buy for the Nintendo DS 6th May 2011.

In Plants vs. Zombies a mob of brain-hungry zombies is unleashed on your home and your only defence is an arsenal of zombie-zapping plants. Use peashooters, wall-nuts, cherry bombs and more to destroy zombies before they reach your front door.

With five different game modes to choose from, there’s hours of entertaining gameplay available. A cross-platform hit, the Xbox Live version of Plants vs. Zombies™currently has a review average of 89/100 on Metacritic.

Plants vs. Zombies will be released on Nintendo DS in 6th May 2011.
