Fansites Starting StarCraft 2 Beta Key Contests!

Hey gamers!  More news from the SC2 Beta Key front.  I’m still waiting for mine.  I venture to guess that you’re still waiting for yours, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this!

Looks like several European fansites have been given the OK from Blizz to start handing out Beta Keys via contests conducted by the sites themselves.  These contests range from Warcraft III tourneys to submitting SC2 unit concepts, to writing an StarCraft-inspired poem.  While it looks like most of the sites probably only accept entries in their own languages, all hope isn’t lost for us StarCraft 2 Beta Key-less stateside…

It’s only a matter of time before the fansites here start up with their own contests.   And when they do, you’d best watch out, I’m a poet by trade… and I’m armed with rapid-fire assonance, bullet-proof alliteration, and an infinite supply of similes!
