Metroid Prime Trilogy to be Discontinued!

Good afternoon, gamers!  Any Metroid fans out there?  All of your probably know about Metroid Trilogy then!  Basically, Metroid Trilogy is a title for the Wii that contains not only Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, but souped up Wii Remote compatible versions of Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.  Pretty awesome huh?

Metroid Prime Trilogy came out last August, in 2009.  And according to major online retailer Amazon, it’s been discontinued.

Discontinued you say?  Like, never coming back out of the Disney vault discontinued?  No. For reals discontinued. Many of the major online retailers already have the title marked out of stock, and it looks like those supplies aren’t gonna get replenished.

So folks, if you’re a Metroid Prime fan, you better get out to that brick and mortar store today!
