Musical shooter SHMUSICUP Beta launched
By David Scarpitta on March 17, 2011
If you loved Audiosurf, you need to check SHMUSICUP. SHMUSICUP (Shoot Music Up) is a hybrid of a rhythm/music game and a shoot’em up, developed by Tzai Entertainment. It is a shooter where the enemy bullet patterns are generated by any mp3 chosen from your music collection. Pretty much as Audiosurf did with the ‘blocks’ mechanics. The game has entered its beta phase and you can take a taste of it here. For the full beta version, you’ll have to pre-order the game!
Features
- Unique blend of rhythm/music game and shoot’em up
- Unlimited gameplay and replayability, play any mp3s you have, no two levels will be the same!
- Awesome graphics and highly polished
- Online leaderboards for every song – Get the top score for your favorite tune!
- Play online on Windows / Mac / Linux
- Multiple skill levels to cater for different players
