Playseats Becomes World’s Best Selling Racing Game Chair

Vroom Vroom,

I’ve always been a bit of a race fan. However I always favored the the more simpler and “get into the game faster” race friendly games like Ridge Racer and Cruisin USA. And especially as race games have evolved like Burnout to include more realistic crashes, bone crunching sounds and killer online gameplay that was a signal that the racing games genre was starting to mature.

And like all things that mature and get finer with age, so do the accessories that come with it! So the racing genre received the Playseat by Playseats USA.  I remember when the Playseat came out, I was like (cool, it’s about time!) fairly excited to see a mock racing game chair to really enhance the experience.

Just like how all the  racing games evolved so did the Playseat with the remake of the original to the Evolution, the WRC Rally and now a new entry to the scene the “Flight Seat“. Reports have shown that the Playseat has sold over a quarter million chairs worldwide to the racing game fan genre and continues to be the best racing game chair.

Well, one thing is for sure, that the racing world can look to being comfortable in the drivers seat and pay a fraction of what the DMV charges!
