BioWare confirms Dragon Age 3

By on May 29, 2011

We knew it was going to happen, it was just a matter of time. BioWare revealed that they are working on Dragon Age’s third part. Most DA2 fans will be delighted with these news but dear God, let BioWare take their time this time around and give us a worthy successor to Dragon Age: Origins.

Alistair McNally, creative development director of BioWare, wrote on his Twitter:

“I’m looking for exceptional environment artists to join me at #BioWare Edmonton, Canada to work on #DragonAge3 #gamejobs #jobs #3D #artists.”

Does this mean that we’ll have more than 4-5 dungeons this time? Jokes aside, BioWare should not rush it out. We want a proper, hardcore RPG that will be more complex than even DA: O and not an even more dumped down version of it. BioWare, the ball is in your court!
