Call Of Duty: Black Ops mod tools next month
Here are some interesting news for all PC gamers and fans of CoD: Black Ops. Treyarch is aiming to release the game’s mod tools next month. We already knew that Treyarch would release some mod tools for Black Ops and we are pleased with their decision. It’s kind of funny now, isn’t it? Black Ops offering mod tools whereas Crysis 2 doesn’t? What is next? Pokemon Super-Pikatsu Edition offering more graphical options than Crysis 2? Now that would be interesting!
“We plan to open the game up for modding sometime post-launch,” confirmed a rep on the game’s official forum last year.
“We do not know yet to what extent you will be able to mod the game. There are some purely technical issues related to engine and internal tool enhancements that do not easily fit the modtools paradigm.”
