Creative Assembly developing ‘Aliens’ game

Here are some good news for all those Aliens’ fans out there. Creative Assembly, the studio behind Total War: Shogun 2, is developing a new Aliens game. Before jumping to early conclusions, we should note that this game has nothing to do with Gearbox’s Colonial Marines. So hopefully these coming years we’ll have to exceptional games with our favourite extraterrestrial friends.
Moreover, Creative Assembly’s Horsham revealed at a press event that the company is hiring for this particular project, which is referred as a “console core game”.
Lastly, the game won’t be showed at this year’s E3. We can safely assume that it won’t be released till 2013 at best, so until then we have plenty of time for speculation and conspiracy theories.
