World Rally Championship 2011 Announced

WRC fans, here is what you’ve been waiting for. Ubisoft announced that the 2011 version of World Rally Championship is under development and scheduled for release on 3DS, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this October.
The game is being developed by the same studio that was behind its 2010 version. Milestone promises a realistic approach to rallying. However we are pretty sure that this will be a hybrid of sim and arcade and not a pure simulation game like Richard Burns Rally.
Last month, Ubisoft acquired the publishing rights to the series and we are pleased with this announcement. WRC 2010 was one of the best sim/arcade rally games. With higher budget this time around, we really hope that Milestone will manage to deliver.
